Refund / Exchange policy

We do not offer any refunds.

Return / Exchange will be possible only under the following conditions:-

• If the product reached to you is defective or missing.
• Full unpacking video is required from the start of opening the parcel.

 

Shipping Policy

There will be flat 99 INR shipping charges on all the orders.

Important Update: Delivery time is 7-10 working days approximately for all orders placed. You'll get the tracking id via the shipping company itself after 3-5 working days you place the order.

*Due to the festive seasons, there might be slight unforeseen delays from the courier companies and we apologize for the same. We will try our level best to get the product delivered to you at the mentioned timeline.

• Order confirmation mail is sent at the time you place your order. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email/SMS is sent to you, along with tracking details.
• In case of any damaged or wrong product being delivered, kindly contact us in 24 hours with the unpacking video from the START of opening the parcel.
